Ageing: 18 months in French oak barriques, 6 months in big barrels of Slavonian oak followed by minimum 12 months in the bottle.
About the wine: Important and austere wine with great structure and personality. This wine is obtained from a careful selection of grapes in the vineyard of Paronza. Ruby red color with intense garnet. The nose opens with cherry, vanilla and black currant. The powerful and austere palate is tannic and dry, with an aftertaste of blackberry and sweet tobacco.
Food pairing: Red meat and game and long ageing cheeses.
Service temperature: 18 – 20°C
