Ageing: 18 months in French oak barriques followed by minimum 12 months in the bottle.
 
About the wine: Important and austere wine with great structure and personality obtained from a careful selection of grapes. Deep ruby red color tending to garnet with aromas of ripe berries, jams and spices, including pepper and sweet tobacco
 
Food pairing: Red meat and game and long ageing cheeses.
Service temperature: 18 – 20°C
