Plant density: 4.000 – 5.000 vinestock per hectare
Yield: 70 quintals per hectare
Harvesting: Mid of September
Vinification: Traditional method with controlled temperature and pumping over.
Ageing: 8 months in vitrified cement tanks followed by minimum 3 months in the bottle.
About the wine: Wine of immediate pleasantness of a bright ruby color. At the nose has aromas of fresh fruit, with a light spicy note. 
Food pairing: White and red meat and mid-ageing cheeses.
Service temperature: 18 – 20°C
